Shipping & Returns
I’m not sure what to do and need help!
If you have any questions about products or orders made through this site, please check our FAQs first. If you require further assistance contact the Customer Service team by emailing email@example.com. Please include your full name and order number (which you’ll find in your Order Confirmation email) when contacting our Customer Service team.
Whilst we do our absolute best to meet the delivery times provided these are estimates only. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. SLSQ cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
All delivery addresses must be a street address – we do not deliver to PO boxes, Locked Boxes, Locked Bags or Parcel Lockers.
MOST orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days (Except Christmas, Easter periods and other periods of high demand).
SLSQ deliveries are only shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse. WA can take a little longer, normally around 7-10 working days. A Third-Party Item that is ordered through our store will take between 14-21 working days (i.e. First Aid Kits, Signs and Audio Products).
We currently do not ship internationally.
CLICK & COLLECT
If you’re located in Queensland, we offer Click & Collect from Surf Rescue House located at 18 Manning St, South Brisbane.
If you choose Click & Collect you will not be able to change to delivery.
Please allow 24hrs before collecting your order and until you have received a notification your order is ready for collection.
Collection times are Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm.
Need to Return a Product?
If you need to send an order back to the warehouse, please email the shop at firstname.lastname@example.org and advise order number and reason for return.
The customer is responsible for the cost and shipping of sending a return back to 18 Manning Street, South Brisbane, 4101.
Goods returned within 14 days can be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note issued, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and supported by the original delivery docket. Cost of return postage will be at the customers expense.
If your product has a fault, is damaged, was wrongly described or if we have sent you the wrong product, we will pay for the shipping / freight costs to have the product swiftly returned to us.
How can I check if you have received my returned products?
Once you have shipped back your products please allow up to 14 days (this may vary depending on your location and your request) for us to rally back, confirm that we have received your return and are processing your refund or exchange.
If you have not heard from us within this time you can send an email to our customer service team for an update at email@example.com
