Surf Life Saving Queensland encourage people to become a lifesaver - get the jab this weekend

Thursday, 28 October 2021

This weekend 23 surf lifesaving clubs from Cairns to Coolangatta will be opening up as vaccination clinics as a part of the Queensland Government’s campaign to increase vaccination rates.

Surf Life Saving Queensland is excited to help support this initiative by offering additional locations for vaccination clinics.

Clubs will be welcoming anyone and everyone who is eligible to come down and visit over the weekend.

Surf Life Saving Queensland CEO Dave Whimpey says Surf Life Saving Queensland hopes the addition of these vaccination clinics at their clubs will motivate Queenslanders to come along and get their jab.
