Member Update: Lockdown Restrictions
The health, safety and wellbeing of our members and community is of utmost importance to Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ), to support this the following information is provided to Clubs and Branches supersedes Circular ‘012.01.2021 – Update on COVID-19 restrictions – Greater Brisbane Region’.
From 6pm, Tuesday 29 June 2021:
Clubs in the following LGA’s must abide by the government directions which can be found here.
- Noosa
- Sunshine Coast
- Ipswich
- Logan
- Palm Island
- Redlands
- Moreton Bay
- Brisbane
- Gold Coast
- Scenic Rim
- Lockyer Valley
- Somerset
- Townsville City (Magnetic Island)
Anyone who was in South East Queensland, Townsville (including Magnetic Island) or Palm Island is required to follow the same lockdown rules even if they are no longer in those areas.
For all other Clubs please review the current ongoing restrictions for rest Queensland.
Any further update restrictions will be provided as soon as the information is available.
