In the role of a Team Manager you will also look after aspects of the budget, sponsorship, fundraising, team uniform, equipment, transport, and team catering

All team managers must be

  • :a minimum of 18 years old;
  • a current surf lifesaving member; and
  • hold a valid Blue Card.

It is also recommended that you have a detailed knowledge of the current Surf Sports Manual and Surf Life Saving policies. Outside of this, the only requirement is a passion and willingness to give back and help others reach their best in the sport
