When trying to access the Citrix version I get a message about downloading 'Boilerplate.asp'.

Within Internet Explorer click on ‘Tools’. If you have an item called 'Pop-up Blocker', move your mouse over it and click on 'Pop-up Blocker Settings...'. In the field 'Address of Web site to allow:' type in 203.201.151.94 then click on the 'Add' button to the right. Now click on the 'Close' button at the bottom of the screen.

Still within Internet Explorer click on 'Tools', 'Internet Options'. Now click on the 'Security' tab, then click on ‘Internet’ and then click on ‘Custom Level’. Scroll down the list until you find ‘Downloads’ and ensure that ‘Automatic prompting for file downloads’ is enabled.

Use the above link to access Surfmate in order to change your password only. Also used to access Carnival Manager.
